Why we built HRMatters
Running HR and payroll in Singapore means keeping up with CPF rate changes, wage ceilings, IRAS filing, MOM requirements and the PDPA, often with a small team and a lot of spreadsheets. Most tools either treat Singapore as an afterthought or feel like they were designed decades ago.
HRMatters puts Singapore compliance at the core and wraps it in a modern, mobile-first experience. Payroll should be accurate by default. Leave should take seconds to apply for. Employees should see their payslips without asking HR.
