How we handle personal data submitted through hrmatters.app.
This policy explains how HRMatters ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, phone number, company size and message. Our hosting provider may also process technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to operate the website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and send information you have asked for. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Service providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect forms from spam.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing our Data Protection Officer at hello@hrmatters.app.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
